Steven M. Buchholz is the Managing Director of TIGRTech Group, LLC. He is a Business and Technical leader with more than 30 years of experience winning new business by solving difficult customer problems with high tech, innovative solutions spanning the spectrum from acoustic to active and passive Laser/EO/IR to Radar based systems. He has led capture and proposal teams in pursuits totaling more than $1B, and has held program management and technical leadership roles on numerous airborne, ground vehicle, weapon systems and soldier based development & production programs.
